For the production of the largest underwater panoramic image ever taken, our team traveled to Egypt, to
a still largely untouched reef.
Originally, "only" one photo was the task. After a lot of preparation it was clear - it will be the
biggest underwater panoramic image ever made.
Because of this enormous size, the possibilities for digital use suddenly became ubiquitous. A learning
and discovery tool, in which users can discover the individual species of a southern reef, was invented.
The zoom levels within the world are huge, allowing the user to get enormously close to the creatures.
After clicking, the user receives further information about the species. The typical underwater sounds
support the digital dive and give a feeling of what it would really be like underwater.
After many, many hours of post-production, it was done. The largest underwater panoramic image ever made
is finished - we are proud and looking forward to the entry in the Guinness World Records book (entry is
still being checked): largest underwater panoramic image in the world.
